This video series is designed to help system partners navigate the petition process for the Community Assistance, Recovery, and Empowerment (CARE) Act. Through a series of tutorials, system partners can learn about the different stages of filing petitions, completing necessary forms, and submitting supporting documentation.

Video tutorials included in this series are:

1. Overview of the Role of System Partners in the Petition Process: This tutorial introduces the role system partners play in petitioning for CARE Act proceedings, including how to gather and provide relevant information. It serves as a general overview, offering insight into the various stages of petitioning.
2. Overview of the CARE-100 Petition Form for System Partners: This tutorial guides system partners through the CARE-100 petition form, explaining each section and what information should be included when petitioning for CARE Act proceedings.
3. Overview of the CARE-101 Form & Other Documentation: This video focuses on additional documentation required to support a CARE petition, including the CARE-101 form. It explains how to properly submit supplementary evidence or forms alongside the main CARE-100 petition.
