This training will provide examples of housing best practices and lessons learned from Cohort I counties, with a focus on models and approaches that can be replicated/adapted in other counties to better serve and house the CARE population.

Learning Objectives

At the end of the session, participants will have an increased ability to:

  • Apply housing system strategies within their counties.
  • Identify challenges and possible solutions of implementing these programs.
  • Incorporate resources available in the county to support implementation of county priority programs.
