CARE Act TTA County Liaisons
County Liaison Model Update
The CARE Act TTA Team model is evolving to provide more efficient and sustained support for all counties. As such, the dedicated county liaison support ended as of December 2025. Thank you to all counties for your continued partnership. Your commitment to the communities you serve has been inspiring.
Our focus is now shifting to a centralized, expert-driven model to ensure comprehensive, long-term technical assistance and continuity for all counties. Starting January 2026, please direct all training, technical assistance, feedback, and resource requests to our centralized support channel at info@CARE-ACT.org. This inbox is monitored daily. All inquiries are quickly triaged to the appropriate subject matter expert or TTA coordinator for a prompt response.
What to Expect: Continued and Expanded Support
- Dedicated Experts Remain: You will continue to receive comprehensive support from our specialized subject matter experts and TTA coordinators who remain responsive to your needs and requests.
- Evolving Resources: The CARE Act Resource Center is continually updated with new trainings, best practices, and FAQs, informed directly by the inquiries we receive.
- Ongoing Engagement: We will maintain our popular Office Hours and continue to provide both individual and group technical assistance—including the Small County meetings—covering a wide range of topics informed by the themes emerging from your inquiries.
Thank you again for your ongoing partnership. Please reach out with any questions.
