A part of the series on understanding serious mental illness, Clinical Features and Diagnosis overviews the presentation and features of schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders, including time course and symptomatology and connections to other diagnoses, associated risks, and homelessness. It also discusses the who and how of diagnosing schizophrenia, including diagnostic criteria and mitigating bias during diagnosis.
