CARE Brings Stability and Support to Napa’s Most Vulnerable Residents

Counties are beginning to see positive outcomes for individuals enrolled in CARE, especially those affected by homelessness, crisis, and incarceration. In Napa County, the CARE process has helped identify and provide supports that were previously unavailable or difficult to access for many high-need clients. These services have brought much-needed stability to individuals who had not been met with adequate support as they cycled through various systems before entering CARE.
